Police Request Public Assistance Identifying Assault Suspect

Surrey Police Service (SPS) is requesting the public’s assistance in identifying an assault suspect.
At approximately 6:55 am on October 28, 2025, a female suspect gained entry to the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at Surrey Memorial Hospital. The suspect then allegedly removed her shirt and made skin-to-skin contact with three infants. None of the infants were injured as a result of the interaction. Hospital security officers were notified and removed the female from the property.
At approximately 1:00 pm, SPS was notified and commenced an investigation. All attempts to identify the female suspect so far have been unsuccessful. The suspect is described as a white female, 30-40 years old, 5’2” tall and heavy build. She was last seen wearing a black hoodie with white “Essentials Department” on the chest, dirty grey sweatpants, cream-coloured sandals, black socks, and carrying a camouflage jacket (see attached photo).
