RCMP SPOSU Investigating Three Reports of Shots Fired at One Residence
File: 2025-66420, 69114, 69241 (SU)
On three separate occasions in December, RCMP officers have responded to shots fired into the same residence located in the 11000-block of 140A Street of Surrey’s Guildford neighbourhood.
The RCMP Surrey Provincial Operations Support Unit (SPOSU) has responded to three reported incidents of shots fired at the same residence in the 11000 block of 140A Street in Surrey:
- On December 7, 2025, at approximately 8:21 am (see previous news release here)
- On December 27, 2025, at approximately 7:45 am
- On December 28, 2025, at approximately 3:05 am
Investigators believe these incidents are targeted to a resident of the home and do not believe they are linked to any extortions or the BC Gang Conflict.
At each instance, RCMP SPOSU frontline members responded to reports of shots fired from a vehicle, with bullets striking various parts of the residence. Fortunately, there were no reported injuries to residents or neighbours. No arrests have been made at this time. RCMP SPOSU General Investigation Unit (GIU) has taken conduct of the investigation.
Police are asking residents in the area to remain mindful of any suspicious activities and vehicles. Anyone with information and who has yet to speak with police, or anyone who has home surveillance or dash camera footage from dates and times listed above are asked to call Surrey Police Service’s non-emergency number at 604-599-0502, as you may have captured images that could assist the investigators.
